Morpheus are currently partnered with a high growth product engineering consulting firm who help enterprise clients and startups tackle complex technological challenges.
About the Role:
As a Sales Director, you'll identify market/customer demand, stimulate client interest, and convert prospects to clients. This individual contributor role requires exceptional networking and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Research and maintain a target account list
- Develop account-based marketing strategies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at target clients
- Lead early-stage discussions and pitches, turning them into opportunities
- Manage the sales process from prospect to signature
- Support market sales leads in strategic pursuits
- Achieve quarterly KPIs and metrics
- Create compelling value propositions for business development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in selling technology solutions/IT services
- Proven success in industries like Financial Services, Retail, Igaming, and Tech Startups
- Established network of clients and contacts in target verticals
- Track record of exceeding annual quotas of over $3M
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact with C-Level Executives and convey our value proposition
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
