As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with young students by supporting the class teacher in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum. You must be confident in your behaviour management skills, both in classrooms and 1:1 settings. A level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is necessary.
