Our client is a family owned North East based manufacturer who have over 20 years’ experience in the Industry. The business supplies various joinery products for the UK construction industry. They are a forward-thinking business who are putting sustainability first and work with established names in the Private and Public sectors. The organisation provides a strong network of training and support. They will work with you to develop your skill set and competency. THE ROLE Machine Operator Working in a busy manufacturing environment Working to specific instructions Lifting and handling stock Quality checking components and ensuring work meets desired standards Operating an edge bander Operating Crosscut saw Hand tool experience would be desired THE PERSON You will be physically fit, have the ability to lift and handle stock. Experienced in manufacturing, a self-motivator and team player.
