We are seeking an experienced admin to join our client's team in Oxford.
Job Title: Admin
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Temp : 07/10/2024 - 01/11/2024
Location - Headington OX37LJ
Timings: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Main Duties include:
- Typing and distributing reports, letters, tables, minutes, papers, specifications, etc.
- Occasional attendance at meetings for note-taking.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
- Assisting managers in the preparation of materials for appointments, meetings, and training.
- Preparing briefing papers, agendas, and presentation documents
Requirement:
Must have 1 year of Admin experience.
