This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to students. This is a temporary role that could become a permanent role for the right Customer Service Advisor Customer Service Advisor Job Description Greet and assist students upon arrival Check-in new customers Receive and store parcels Deliver parcels to designated rooms Organise and distribute key fobs Conduct building walkthroughs Perform ad-hoc duties as needed We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as student accommodation, hotels, , or retail.
