Job Vacancy: Secondary School SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Brentwood, Essex Start Date: September 2024 Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Secondary School) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assist small groups of SEN students within the classroom setting Implement personalized learning plans and strategies to support student development Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other support staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment Monitor and record student progress, adapting support as necessary Foster a supportive and positive learning atmosphereRequirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the educational development of students with SEN Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are advantageous but not essential Ability to work effectively as part of a teamHow to Apply: Please submit your CV and i will follow up with a call Application Deadline: Ongoing until the role has been filled
