Holistx is a fast-growing, boutique recruitment agency based in Theale. Due to ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to begin a professional career, like a school leaver, or a trainee sales professional seeking to get their foot in the door. We're looking for a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Role Responsibilities

  • New Business Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, tracking them in our CRM, and helping the manager turn leads into clients.
  • Candidate & Client Communication: Help maintain and reconnect with clients and candidates while growing new relationships.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all relevant data into our internal CRM system, ensuring information is up-to-date and complete.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support: Support the creation of job adverts, handle applications, and assist in delivering marketing campaigns.
  • LinkedIn Presence: Act as a brand ambassador on LinkedIn, actively promoting Holistx.
