We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Maintenance Contractor, who are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in and around the Bristol area.
Day to Day:
- Day to day management of social housing reactive and voids contracts
- Carrying out surveys on properties to identify works
- Leading a team of trades completing works
- Checking and signing off works
- Good sound building knowledge essential
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Suitable construction, building related qualification e.g. NVQ
- Previous experience of domestic property maintenance
- Experience of people management
- General building knowledge essential
- Must be computer literate
- Must have full UK Driving Licence
