Position: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive Location: Bicester Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 Basic | Up to £63,600 OTE Working Hours: 40 hours per week | No Weekends Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Alecto Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Sell Used Approved and Non-Franchise Light Commercial Vehicles. Forecourt Management: Maintain the appearance of the forecourt display in adherence to brand standards. Customer Enquiries: Handle all online and walk-in customer enquiries efficiently and professionally. Appraisals: Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles. Sales Process: Manage the sales process from deposit to handover, including follow-up calls 24 hours later. Prospecting: Actively prospect for new business with both existing and new customers. Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction scores in line with brand expectations. Sales Growth: Gradually build sales in line with budget volume and profit expectations. Reporting: Liaise with and report to the Used Vehicle Manager to ensure correct stock levels and model mix. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales is ideal, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in line with KPIs. Personality: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional attitude. Skills: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and influence and persuade in various situations.
