Sales Executive - The Wellbeing Project The Wellbeing Project is a leading wellbeing consultancy dedicated to building workforce resilience. We offer tailored training and coaching solutions that cater to the whole organisation, from senior leaders to team members. Our mission is to embed healthy performance at the heart of how businesses operate, guided by our core values: We are in search of a driven and engaging Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellbeing/people development with experience in acquiring new business, growing key accounts and achieving sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales metrics and KPIs. Sales Discovery: Account Management: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies. Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to HR or L&D teams, with a history of exceeding sales targets. Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and qualification criteria. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive sales initiatives forward.
