Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Inverness Area
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5:30pm; Saturday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Contract: Flexible between 3-6 days per week

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team at a vegetable manufacturing company based in the Inverness area. This role offers flexible working options between 3 to 6 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the processing and packaging of vegetables
• Operating machinery and maintaining production line efficiency
• Sorting and grading products to meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for long periods
• Flexibility with shift patterns and availability
