DNA Recruit are working with a leading global organization, who are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their team in the EMEA region. This role is perfect for a sales professional with a consultative selling approach who is eager to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across a dynamic territory.
The Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be the key driver of business success, responsible for both maintaining and expanding client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients across your assigned territory.
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities, leading them through the entire sales process.
- Achieving growth by meeting new business and renewal quotas.
- Negotiating agreements and contracts to retain and expand accounts.
- Offering ongoing training and product support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Using Salesforce to track communications, activities, and forecasts.
- Being the first point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for client success and a strong sales acumen, with the following qualifications:
- Proven success in a quota-carrying, solutions-based sales role.
- Expertise in CRM systems.
- Demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
