Group Accountant

Your new company You will be joining a successful listed company who operate internationally as a Group Accountant, in a recently restructured finance team. This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working. Your new role Working as a Group Accountant, you get the benefit of having genuine variety in your role and will be responsible for taking on the financial reporting processes for the company. That will include preparing management and financial accounts, intercompany work, maintaining the fixed asset register and dealing with VAT. From an external reporting perspective, you will also be preparing the consolidated financial statements and supporting with the audit process. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need: Sound financial reporting experience Previous experience in a similar, varied position within a commercial business Full accounting qualification - ACCA, CIMA, ACA It would be an added bonus if you have experience of project accounting and/or R&D tax returns.What you'll get in return A great package is on offer for this role which includes: £55,000 - £60,000 salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid working - typically 1 day office, 4 days from home!
