Apex Resources are looking for an Experienced Mechanical Estimator for our client who are a leading Air Conditioning & Mechanical company that provides, design & installation solutions for their clients. Due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator to join their existing team at their New head office in Billericay which they have just moved into. The Mechanical Estimator to be based in or around the Essex area for an easy commute to the office in Billericay, and will be working alongside experienced Project/contract Managers helping to Tendering of HVAC & Mechanical projects from £100K with some projects pushing £10m. As well as working from the office you will also be tasked with travelling to and from commercial sites based in and around Essex & London. The sites will include Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Public Sector Buildings. Mechanical Estimator Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum * Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday * 24 days Holiday plus bank holiday * Gym membership benefit * Travel reimbursement for site visits Mechanical Estimator Job Overview * Predominantly working from the office in Billericay but also traveling across London and Essex visiting sites as and when required * Working mainly on commercial projects within Schools, Colleges, Universities and Public Sector Buildings. * Estimating projects for Tender from 100k Mechanical Estimator Job Requirements * Full UK driving License * Must have HVAC & Mechanical understanding * 2-3 years of previous estimating experience across the Mechanical and HVAC Industry * Previously worked on Commercial projects upwards of 100k * Must be well organised with good IT skills * Live within a commutable distance of the office in Billericay Please apply with a full, up to date CV outlining your relevent experience
