Learning Support Assistant Opportunity Location: Kensington and Chelsea, London Start Date: ASAP Salary: £85 to £95 per day We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea. Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with students who need additional support, helping them engage with lessons and succeed academically. Your key duties will include: Providing one-to-one or small group support for students with specific learning needs Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment Helping students with their academic tasks, including classwork and homework Encouraging students' personal growth and fostering their emotional well-being Monitoring and reporting on students' progressRequirements: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial An Enhanced DBS Disclosure (can be processed through Tradewind) Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting young people's education The legal right to work in the UKWhy Work With Us?
