Job Description – UK Supply Chain Manager The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage every stage of product flow from procurement of raw materials, components and finished goods needed to deliver final products to the customers. The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of stock management in line with EMEA Strategy to maximise efficiency and productivity. This role involved collaborating with other departments, such as production, sales and finance, to ensure the seamless integration of the supply chain process. Organisational responsibilities : This role reports directly in to the Managing Director, with functional aspects to Supply Chain EMEA Director Key tasks and responsibilities : General duties including but not limited to: Managing three / four direct reports Overseeing and developing the procurement process and scheduling of finished goods, raw materials and components. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing / future suppliers Reviewing supplier performance. Management of inventory and warehousing of raw materials, components and finished goods Effectively monitoring and managing stock levels to set KPI’s Establishing and maintaining inventory routines. Compliance responsibilities : Management of all processes in accordance with issued procedures Ensure compliance of any activities to General Data Protection Regulation so that those activities are performed in accordance with approved internal policies and procedures including but not limiting to Data Protection Policy Ensure compliance of any activities to EHS policies from EJ Group Key skills / abilities including but not limited to : IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data Strong Analytical and Planning skills Pragmatic approach and Rigorous attention to detail Excellent problem-solving mindset High level of organization Strong communication skills, both written and oral Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills Qualification and Experiences : Experience in a Supply Chain Management Role A degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field is preferred. Professional certification in supply chain management (eg CIPS) is a bonus Experience in a Manufacturing / Construction industry Experience Managing a team Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software Experience in import/export operations Company :
