Real Estate Counsel

Our client, a top tier real estate business, is seeking a property lawyer to join an established legal team and work on a variety of matters related to real estate disputes and commercial contracts.The position:Managing all contentious property matters including management of claims, preparing court documents and ensuring court deadlines are met.Dealing with commercial property matters including assisting with tenancy agreements, as well as renewals of commercial contracts.Creating and maintaining contract templates.Providing ad hoc legal advice to a variety of commercial colleagues.About you: Good academics and trained with a city firm or equivalent2-5PQE in Commercial or Residential Real Estate (this is a guide only)Qualified Solicitor int he UK or common law jurisdictionDue to the high volume of applications, if you haven’t heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
