About the role: Early Years Teaching Assistant: We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and high-achieving primary school in Barnet. Application Requirements: • Relevant experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting. • A caring and patient approach, with a passion for helping children thrive. • A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for the EYFS curriculum. • Provide individual and group support to children, ensuring their learning and emotional needs are met. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Help maintain a safe and organised classroom. • Encourage children’s personal, social, and emotional development through play and structured activities.
