Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site operations and manage project timelines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in construction management or engineering) are advantageous.
- Full Uk Driving License and Right to work in the UK.
