Distribution Sales Manager

Distribution Territory Manager - Public Safety Remote position covering the Southeast of England, U.K Territory: Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, East Anglia up to Leicester. Job Summary: Working within the public safety team selling external defibrillators selling into community and B2B, you will be tasked with building your own territory of clients and manage distributor sales. This is territory currently on target and performing well with lots of potential to grow further and really make an impact. Responsibilities: As a Territory Manager within the Public Safety team you will be required to develop a strategic plan to uncover and develop new business opportunities in both existing and new accounts, ensuring a pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other members of the team to maximise business potential across territories. This role also provides the opportunity to attend trade shows, exhibitions and conferences. Key focus: To continue to raise company presence within the public safety market across the territory Manage existing Business Partners within the territory Identify and recruit new Business Partners to increase market segment coverage Provide education and training to customers Experience: Experience of distribution management would be an advantage Capital equipment sales Ability to organise and manage account records, produce sales reports and participate in sales meetings.
