Constellation is a cross-functional team that partners with Samsung across Paid media, Owned media (CRM and Customer Marketing) Data & Analytics and Commerce As a key member of the team your role will consist of the following:Key aspects: Partner with both Samsung’s internal teams & the Publicis cross-agency teams to drive us towards our overall objectives of delivering end-to-end journey orchestration, integrated media planning and deep dive analysis. To do this, you will need to lead the team to:Succinctly tell stories that change marketing behaviour, media planning, delivering measurable business upliftImprove the cross-channel feedback loop between insight & recommendation, ensuring data-informed hypotheses form the foundation of all future activityContinue to refine & formalise an always-on cross-division testing programmeBreak down silos (internally & with the client), whileeffectively managing expectations (internally & with the client)Most importantly, you will need to be a great people manager, motivating & growing talent as well as a leading & inspiring your team to deliver robust & clever work that creates valueQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:Ability to navigate a client’s internal silos as well work within an agency environment. Has a track record of working collaboratively with technology, strategy & creative teamsExperience in managing performance marketing teams across acquisition, in-life & retention programmesExperience of working with Media planning teams and strategistsExpertise in Paid Media analytics, digital media platforms, onsite KPIs, ways of workingExperience in research tools such as GWI, TGI, YouGovTrack record of extracting insights from data & using them to tell compelling stories to senior decision-makersAwareness of work ranging from Data Visualisation, Media, CRM, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences & Data EngineeringAbility to see the bigger picture and to understand how different elements, teams and activities fit together to make clear strategic recommendations to clientsAbility to manage multiple workstreams, distribute tasks, manage priorities and ensure quality delivery on timeLeadership and significant people management experience of driving teams to deliver great work, stay motivated and enjoy their jobs Additional InformationDigitas UK has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
