Process improvements Improve documentation of repeatable tasks Low level automation of key operational tasks Suggestions for further areas that could be automated
Process Operations Submission of quality checks and review load balancing Triaging escalation request Triage comms and curate FAQS
Mandatory Strong Google Sheets / Excel SQL Experience in process mapping and improvements Non essential Building data dashboards would be nice
