Job Title: Assistant Manager – Foodie Haven    Location: Trafford    Compensation: Salary: £30,000 per year + £7,000 Tronc Total Earnings (OTE): £37,000 Recruiter Overview:   We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager to join a buzzing Asian-inspired restaurant. If you love great food, have a knack for leadership, and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!   The Role: As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly while delivering a memorable experience for every guest. From keeping the energy high on the restaurant floor to making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork, you’ll be a key player in bringing the restaurant’s vision to life.   Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant. Lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Oversee stock management, scheduling, and daily operational duties. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulations. Be a hands-on leader, stepping in to assist during peak times and ensuring smooth service. Handle customer feedback with professionalism, addressing any issues and ensuring guests leave with a smile. Play a key role in training new team members and maintaining a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant environment. Passion for the hospitality industry and a love for Asian-inspired cuisine. Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Understanding of stock management, scheduling, and restaurant operations.
