Academics are actively recruiting for a computer science teacher to cover KS3 and KS4. The role will be based at one of our highly regarded secondary schools on the outskirts of Leeds. Recent Ofsted reports judged the school as "Good" and described the school as having knowledgeable teachers, along with well-behaved and aspiring students.
This computer science teacher position is to commence in January 2025 until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
As a computer science teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and displaying high levels of knowledge on the topic. Collaborating with other members of the team and contributing towards the curriculum, along with tracking student's progress and helping them fulfil their academic aspirations.

Valid Right to work in the UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A degree relevant to computer science/ICT DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one!) Strong behaviour management with the ability to control a classroom
