As a Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a two-form entry system, working closely with experienced teachers and other staff to provide the best learning experience for every student. About the role: We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant who will be an integral part of the classroom environment, assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning space. You will work part-time, focusing on boosting student progress and providing key interventions to help children catch up with the curriculum. Your work will involve both one-on-one support and small group work to ensure every child reaches their potential, with particular attention to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding role, perfect for someone who has a passion for early years education, enjoys working closely with young learners, and wants to contribute to their personal and academic growth. You will also support in fostering social skills, ensuring the development of the whole child.
