As a Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a two-form entry system, working closely with experienced teachers and other staff to provide the best learning experience for every student. About the role: We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant who will be an integral part of the classroom environment, assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning space. You will work part-time, focusing on boosting student progress and providing key interventions to help children catch up with the curriculum. Your work will involve both one-on-one support and small group work to ensure every child reaches their potential, with particular attention to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
