Project management experience within the software / IT industry. Experience with project management tools like Jira to plan, track and report on service delivery projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Knowledge of software implementation processes, including requirements gathering, system configuration and user acceptance testing. Experience in coaching and managing service delivery professionals.
