Administrator - Temporary for 3 Months Are you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a well-established company with an immediate start? This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Workforce Administrator to join a company based in Colchester on a temporary basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week and will pay a salary between £12-£12.50 per hour. This role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home). Duties will include but not be limited to: Being the point of contact for enquiries via email or telephone for employees regarding benefits and pensions Supporting with all the administration, such as updating letters and forms regarding pensions and benefit schemes Working with payroll providers to resolve any issues Contacting external payroll providers as necessary to raise and manage complaints Compiling data and creating spreadsheet reports using Excel and ensuring these are up-to-date Attending meetings when required Monitoring applications and online benefits and liaising with online benefit providers regarding issues Providing support to the People Services team with payroll processing Supporting with general office duties such as post/franking letters, filing, scanning, photo copying, etc. Remaining up to date with NHS and external Pension changes including any changes to T's & C'sTo be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment and have excellent time management skills. You must also be a strong communicator, with a professional telephone manner and can start immediately or within a short notice period.
