Hours: Full time 40 hours, Monday - Friday
Right to live & work within the UK is required for this role.
Role Summary:
The Scheduler is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of Occupational Health referrals on behalf of Optima Health, for its clients.
Through outbound calling, administrative processing, case management, proactive updates and query handling the Scheduler will ensure contractual KPI's are achieved, and a quality customer experience is delivered.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact employees to book appointments in line with set scheduling processes and volumes
Where required, accurately log new referrals onto the referral management system, myOHportal
Actively chase resource for referrals to ensure KPI performance is achieved
Correctly log all activities on file notes within myOHportal
Manage customer (internal and external) enquiries
Undergo relevant training and development programmes as required
Actively contribute to team meetings and briefs

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Able to meet targets and deadlines
Able to work under pressure and against challenging timescales
Solutions focused
Good IT / PC skills including Microsoft packages
