M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative - Exeter Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Exeter area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles. Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:- * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to carry out work to a high standard * Good communication skills Applicants must have: * Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential) * CSCS card (Preferred) * Good timekeeping skills * Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours * Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request * Driving License (Preferred) Hours of work: Monday – Friday , days or nights. Rate of Pay: * £13 per hour * Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights and Saturdays * Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday - Sunday These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from: * Accrued Holiday Pay from day one * Pension contributions (after a qualifying period) * Weekly Pay * Overtime at overtime rates * No umbrella payments or fees * Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.
