An experienced Behaviour mentor is needed to join this school's team full-time beginning immediately. Excellent behaviour management skills and solid relevant experience will be necessary for the ideal candidate. About the role - Behaviour mentor - Haringey Providing a consistent and fair approach to the management of negative behaviour. Assisting teachers in delivering behaviour strategies, either as a whole class, a group of pupils, or an individual. Supporting pupils in understanding and regulating their emotions. Supporting and engaging in physical intervention when necessary. Develop strategies to help pupils turn negative behaviour into positive behaviour by understanding their negative behaviours. Liaise regularly with the SENCO and/or school DSL.
