Duties include but are not limited to: To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced based interventions required including health promotion within the NHS framework. To provide a nursing service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs/needs. Requirements: Have experience of working with older people who display complex behaviours that challenge? Want to work in a team and organisation where we give you time to care? Are you passionate about working with older people who experience dementia & have a Degree/Diploma in a related field, RGN (Registered General Nurse), or RMN (Mental Health Nurse). Confident and calm under pressure, with the ability to seek guidance when needed. Strong understanding of the English language (verbal and written). Clear and concise communication skills. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work under pressure. Leadership skills to support and develop junior staff.
