Breakfast Chef boutique hotel This small boutique hotel has a contemporary bar and restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, seven days a week. The emphasis here is on the use of all the wonderful fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce that is available to them on the East Sussex coast. The ideal Breakfast Chef will have previous experience within a similar role and have a real passion for creating modern British cuisine with international influences. The successful Breakfast Chef will be working from 6.30am to 3pm, assisting with the lunch service once breakfast has been served.
