Rota Coordinator - Medical / Clinical Staff - Milton Keynes - £30k-£35k + benefits We’re on the hunt for a Rota Coordinator, ideally with experience managing rotas within the NHS / Medical sector, to join a fantastic company based in Milton Keynes. Joining a well-established company you will be responsible or managing rotas across all services, ensuring all gaps are filled appropriately (working alongside the recruitment team). The ideal candidate will have experience managing rotas within the NHS, but this isn’t essential. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels and build solid relationships, you will have strong administration skills and impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. What’s on offer? This is an office-based role working 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The client is offering a competitive salary (£30k-££5k), pension scheme, life assurance, gym membership, employee assistance programme, 20 days annual leave (which increases to 25 days pa) and more. Key responsibilities as the Rota Coordinator will include: * Managing rotas across all services, ensuring all gaps are filled * Liaising with the recruitment team and service delivery managers to ensure successful delivery of all projects * Sending contracts, confirming staff availability, completing internal checks etc * Collating data and maintaining databases * General administration duties What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in a similar Rota Coordinator role * Experience of managing rotas within the NHS is highly desirable * Confident communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships * Meticulous and accurate with a conscientious approach * Highly organised * Proactive and self-motivated * IT literate with good MS Office and database skills Interested in this Medical Royal Coordinator position?
