If you're looking to enhance your skills, take on new challenges, and progress in the ever-evolving world of IT, this role could be the perfect fit for you!Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st line technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote tools.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).Support and administer user accounts in Active Directory, managing password resets, user permissions, and basic configuration.Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line Support when necessary, ensuring smooth handover and continued resolution.Maintain and update client support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, etc.).Help with the setup and configuration of new devices and user onboarding.Contribute to continuous service improvements, providing feedback on recurring issues and suggesting fixes.Requirements:Experience in a similar 1st Line IT Support role or IT-related qualification.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management and permissions.Basic understanding of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11).Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users of all technical levels.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration and SharePoint configuration.Knowledge of basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).If this sounds of interest, click apply now and a member of our team will be in touch!
