Develop engaging and stimulating lesson plans that foster a love of the English language and literature. Employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable to participate and express themselves. Track student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth. Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and departmental initiatives. Play an active role in the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues and supporting student welfare. You will be: A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong track record in English language and literature instruction. An inspirational and engaging educator with the ability to motivate and challenge students. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
