Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant Location: East of England, Essex, GraysJob Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £90 - £105 Per dayBenefits: £50 referral feeJob Description Job Duties: Assist in the delivery of educational programmes under the guidance of teachersSupport individual and small groups of students with their learning activitiesHelp manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environmentPrepare and organise educational materials and resourcesProvide feedback to teachers on student progress and performanceAssist in the supervision of students during break times and off-site activities Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathsRecognised Teaching Assistant qualification Education: Further education in relevant subjects is desirableExperience: Prior experience working in a school setting as a Teaching AssistantKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of the national curriculum and educational policiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certificationExperience working with special educational needs students Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment, interacting with students, teachers, and parents.
