Acqhired is working with a Birmingham based recruitment agency specialising in blue collar recruitment. You would be joining a very successful team and would be responsible and dedicated to build up a book of business, supporting the day-to-day operation; whilst being supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally in your own career.

• Location: South Birmingham
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home after initial induction period)

Day to Day of the Role:

• This is a very candidate driven market meaning a big focus will be on candidates to then work with a smaller pool of clients
• Develop new and existing client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
• Engage in some level of business development and account management activities.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a professional experience.
