Patient Care : Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, explaining procedures and answering any questions they may have. Equipment Maintenance : Monitor and perform quality assurance tests for specialist X-ray equipment to ensure that it’s used safely within set parameters. Team Collaboration : Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and determine the best course of action for the patient. Continuous Improvement : Participate in audit processes and identify, report and resolve problems, supporting continuous improvement in quality for all radiographic aspects of breast screening service delivery. You must have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Mammography. A full driving licence is essential and access to a car for mobile work is desirable.
