Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Marine Engineer for a Global Operator based in London . Due to recent project awards LNG LPG Topside FLNG CCUS we are recruiting for an external candidate with Oil& Gas experience that is keen to work on the client sideThis company offers fantastic training and flexible Hybrid remote working The ideal candidate will be someone :Leading the offshore design team and providing guidance on how to perform Marine design.Studying and defining the best technical solutions for Marine SystemsReviewing technical documentation produced by the team before the issuance.Reviewing project documentations provided by contractors/ShipyardsThis is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline such as mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (with focus on Marine Systems)Specific skill sets in the design of cargo loading, storage and offtake systems, slop and drain systems, bilge and ballast systems, Inert Gas, production distribution and venting, diesel power generation and their auxiliary systems, freshwater production, compressed air, etc.Knowledge of Classification Society Rules, SOLAS, MARPOL as applicable to FPSO and FLNG would be a major advantage for this position.Experience of working on or monitoring of FEED and EPC LNG projects, Seagoing experience as second/chief engineer, experience in working with Oil Tankers/ LNG Carriers, experience as a Classification Society, surveyor or Tanker/LNG Ship Vetting engineer, OPITO certified for offshore travel would be preferable to cover this position.CVs to [email protected]
