South57 Recruitment are currently looking for a Transport Clerk to work for a reputable Transport Company based in Luton. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role i.e.: minicab environment (minimum 2 years) Requirements: * Computer Literate in Word & Excel * Excellent spoken and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Experience using booking system * Good Punctuality * Dispatching the bookings to suitable drivers * Managing the bookings and drivers. * Taking bookings from customers in an efficient, accurate, friendly and timely manner. * Providing Excellent Customer Service, dealing with clients & colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. * Make sure all jobs are risk assessed, mapped and timed Hours of work: Monday-Friday 11.00-19.00 Salary £28k-£32k dependent on experience Holiday pay 30 days including bank holidays
