Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Project Architect at Good Design & Build. You will be responsible for carrying out initial consultations with clients, designing extensions and loft conversions, planning drawing, technical drawing, and collaborating with the build team. This role is primarily located in Chiswick, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience of designing home extensions and submitting planning applications
• Knowledge of planning policies, creating design & access statements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in creating architectural presentations
• Experience in creating specifications and tender documents for the build
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch-up are must)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
