HVAC Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities: * Build strong client relationships and assist in securing new business. * Help prepare estimates, budgets, schedules, and support contract negotiations. * Oversee project planning, execution, and resolve design-related issues with contractors and engineers. * Purchase HVAC equipment, manage resources, and coordinate manpower for project success. * Handle administrative tasks like billing, expenses, and contract management. * Ensure compliance with site access, inspections, and plan submissions. * Complete job closeout tasks such as filing reports and handling warranty items. * Keep projects on time, within budget, and attend necessary meetings. Skills and Qualifications: * Degree in HVAC, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred. * 5+ years managing design-build and plan-spec projects valued between £250K-£1M. * Strong understanding of mechanical plans and construction documentation. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and computer skills. * Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure. We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager who can lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Competitive salary and growth opportunities available.
