Site Foreman Belfast £42k and Company Van Details: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Site hours), 29 Days Annual Leave, Pension. Day to Day:Foreman / Site Supervision, Minor Building and Maintenance Joinery, Health and Safety, Surveys, Ordering Materials, Toolbox Talks, Managing Direct Labour and Sub-Contractors. Requirements: Experienced Site Foreman in the Social Housing Sector. Knowledgeable in Kitchen / Bathroom / Refurbs / Facilities Management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships. IT Skills, Full Driving Licence, CSR Card. Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels.
