Are you a 360, contract focused Managing Consultant or Team Lead looking to make the next big step in your career and having the opportunity to take full ownership of building and running a team for an ambitious and scaling international agency? Our client's range from Medical Devices, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies across the world. Due to the rapid rise of our record setting and breaking Contract division over the last 4 years, which contain both the UK and US Top Billers, we’re heavily investing into this unit on a global basis.

Here at Meet, we are looking for motivated and passionate leaders with previous agency experience to join our buzzy and growing London team as we enter a new chapter/era of the business.


Responsibilities as a Meet recruiter:

  • Leading by example by generating new business, pulling roles and contributing revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Building and managing a solid network of relevant contacts within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from initial phone calls to completion/closing offers.
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit.
  • Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc., within a business environment
  • Working within a team to deliver on both team and individual targets
  • Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Autonomously prioritise own workload, both in terms of personal billing and mentoring.


The Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Managing Consultant in the Contract recruitment industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Can be from a Tech, Renewables, Legal or other relevant market focus.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of the Life Science sector and its various roles, and trends.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, with an understanding of European employment law.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
