Nursery Deputy Manager

KiddyKare are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join their small team in Slough. The nursery has a small team of staff and a total of around 30 children. Working 40 hours per week with a salary of up to £27,500 Benefits include: Free onsite parking 25 days holidays PLUS bank holidays Discounted Childcare Company get togethers Key Responsibilities: Leads and manages a small team, motivating them with a shared sense of direction, pride and energy. Helps the Manager with day to day planning and managing the setting. Ensure that the settings procedures on child protection are adhered to liaising with the Safeguarding Officers, Area Manager and Directors as well as the LSCB as required. Ensures that all individual records of all the childrens educational developmental progress are kept, based on day to day observations. To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Setting Person Specification: A Full and Relevant childcare qualification. Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS. First aid, Basic food hygiene and safeguard training desirable. 2 years experience in an Early Years Room Lead or above position TPBN1_UKTJ
