Senior Software Engineer Central London - Hybrid with 2 days in the office per week Salary up to £120,000 Greenfield application development using modern technology Excellent company culture and engineering standards Extensive benefits package including bonus, healthcare! Senior Software Engineering required to lead on and deliver innovation within the companies marketplace solutions. With heavy investment in technology and year-on-year market growth, the company are looking to continue their expansion by enhancing their end-to-end marketplace capabilities. Within this position, you'll provide hands-on support for the development and deployment of existing and new marketplace solutions by consulting on design and architecture decisions and resolving any bottle-necks. This role will still offer hands-on development but will be supplemented by experience in leading / mentoring other engineers. Key experience Prior experience developing marketplace solutions and products Passion for using modern technology to create effective and interactive customer facing software products Experience in leading Agile teams or projects within Marketplace, or similar environments A strong background in software engineering and hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node Well versed with modern cloud platforms with a preference for GCP and AWS Experience in technical decision making and Event Driven or Microservices architecture Additional Experience in any of the following is also highly-desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in MarTech sector Practical working knowledge of the Braze platform Google Cloud Professional certification Big or Deep data experience If you are looking to be part of a business actively investing in their technology and want to work at one of the UK's most recognisable brands at a time of growth, please apply to this advert or contact me via our website or LinkedIn.
