Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine, and beverages to confidently answer guest inquiries and make informed recommendations. Up-selling: Use your knowledge of the menu and guest preferences to suggest and recommend additional options to enhance the dining experience. Training & Development: Receive one-on-one training from experienced managers from day one.
