Production Operative

This Temp-To-Perm role comes with an immediate start for the right candidate! After successfully completing the probation period, you'll have the chance to secure a permanent position and become a key part of the team. As a Production Operative, you'll take on a variety of tasks across the site, from pouring concrete into moulds and making timber frames to using hand and power tools. You'll work closely with your team both in the yard and factory, helping to keep things running smoothly, including general clean-up duties. This is a physically demanding role, so a good grasp of manual handling will be a big plus! Production Operative Duties: Proficient user of hand/power tools Labouring background is beneficial Physically fit and able to stand on your feet all day Building and construction industry experience is preferable but not essential Carry out repetitive tasks and overcome daily challenges Hours, Pay & Benefits: Hours of work rotate weekly between 6am to 3pm and 8am to 5pm £12.29 p/hour Overtime available at time and a half Working in a sheltered area If you are looking for immediate Production Operative work in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area, please apply now.
