Associate Director of Repairs and Maintenance

We’re excited to announce a new opportunity with an established housing provider managing a large property portfolio across London and the South of England. We're looking for a results-driven professional to step into the role of Assistant Director of Repairs and Maintenance. In this key leadership role, you will oversee property services and maintenance across their Southwest portfolio, ensuring customer-focused, cost-effective, and safe service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a large multi-disciplinary team, including in-house staff and external contractors. Oversee significant budgets, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and value for money. Drive improvement programs, ensuring they meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning efforts with corporate objectives. Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. What We’re Looking For: Experience leading customer-focused teams in large maintenance organisations. Strong financial management skills with the ability to forecast and manage budgets effectively. Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering innovative solutions. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly in health, safety, and environmental areas. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in complex environments.
