About the Role: * Location: Covering local areas around Essex work from home and on-site. * Progression And Training is provided for all staff members, additional avenues with a pay rise are offered to high acheivers * Sectors: Involvement in Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Public sector projects. * Performance Bonus: Top performers can receive on average £10,000 per annum in bonus * Salary: Offering up to £65,000 basic Salary + benefits and bonuses. * Perks: Car allowance, mileage coverage, 36 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), and additional bonuses. * Regular Pay Reviews * Company Events * Work Environment: Join a large, secure business with a strong focus on team growth and job security.
